Hi, I’m Sai Varshith Avunoori. I’m the founder and operator of Shekel Tech, a small WordPress-focused agency where I work directly on live websites used by real businesses. My experience comes from building, fixing, and maintaining WordPress systems in production — not demos or side projects. Over the years, I’ve handled everything from full website builds to payment failures, DNS issues, performance drops, plugin conflicts, and ongoing maintenance for international and multilingual clients, including businesses based in Israel. When something breaks, there’s no higher team to pass it to — I’m the one responsible for understanding the issue fully and fixing it properly.
Running an agency has shaped how I work and think. I’ve learned to stay calm when things go wrong, communicate clearly with non-technical clients, and make decisions that don’t create new problems later. I’m used to owning outcomes end to end — from the first question a client asks to the long-term stability of their site after launch. This way of working has taught me to value clarity over speed, responsibility over shortcuts, and systems that people can rely on every day.
